We will post articles as well as discuss our opinions about the topic and ways that women have dealt with the situation.

  1. Hi,
My name is Angela Pitzo and I am a senior organizational leadership major. I am most looking forward to learning about how women have been able to over come the "glass ceiling" effect within their organizations. I hope that this blog will be able to bring me some knowledge on this topic.

  2. I am also an Organizational Leadership major; graduating in May. I feel that this blog topic will be interesting because it is forcing us to research and learn about things (such as the "glass ceiling" effect) that we generally wouldn't learn about.

  5. My name is Amanda Tomac, I am also a senior studying Entrepreneurship and Organizational Leadership. This blog's focus will be quite interesting, along with the discussions because the entire group is women. It will be interesting to read articles and see how women have become more involved in higher positions, but also how they have been limited because of their gender.

  6. My name is America Alvarez, I am senior double majoring in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Leadership. I definitely agree with all of you! Exploring the different challenges women face in the corporate world is a very interesting and yet quite a scary thought sometimes. I think this topic will be very beneficial to us women by allowing us to prepare for the challenges we will face after graduation.
